Compensation and Benefits

• Administer the compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits.
• Conduct benchmarking and research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Stay updated on relevant market trends and implement necessary adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Review of insurance vendor’s quotation on yearly basis.
• Manage and administer staff insurance claims.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow up on all staff insurance claims matters.

HR Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to employment and HR practices.

Jobs Description:

-To support outdoor sales in quotations and enquiries

-To ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders

-Ensure all related paperwork such as quotations, purchase orders to Suppliers, deliveries are done properly

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

We are looking for a product-minded Operations Director who has extensive operational experience in building business ground up, to join our growing team as the right hand person to our CEO. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and analytical skills, preferably having worked their way up to an executive role through product and/or operational roles, and extensive working experience in the Chinese market.

As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and executing on the company's strategic goals. The operations teams and China subsidiaries will report directly to you.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO and executive team to set strategy and execute to achieve profitability and growth.
• Run the operational cadence of the company, including OKR processes, budgeting and staff meetings.
• Scale operations and delivery teams to be able handle product launches and business development in the Chinese market.
• Oversee the product team to define product strategy, roadmap and processes, ensuring we consistently deliver value to customers by solving actual problems they have.
• Own reporting and data accuracy, holding teams accountable to measure and improve on metrics they own.
• Drive cross functional collaboration across the company, ensuring all teams work effectively together towards the same goals.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience leading product, operations or project initiatives in the export trading business, preferably at companies from the startup and growth phases.
• Proven experience in a senior management role, having built and led multiple teams in China.
• Deep understanding and expertise in operations and strategy, with a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in product management, delivery, sales, customer success, strategy, and operations.
• Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team accountable to high standards.
• Top notch communication skills, high EQ and the ability to manage change quickly.
