Summary: Serve & assist brides to dress in different of bridal, communicating and managing digital marketing on Instagram to reach more audiences and targeted customers. Must comfortable to work on weekend based on working scheduled.

JOB SCOPES

1) Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation and marketing.
2) Conceive and develop marketing strategies, Handling of social media in Facebook, telegram, tiktok, Instagram and so on.
3) Attending to customer enquiries and assist in gown fitting
4) Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages
5) Organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway
Shows
6) manage appointed supplier of gown & accessories , monitoring production of gowns.
7) Maintain gown & accessories Inventory records
8) Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients, monitor CGS/Pricing for gowns and create packages.
9) Liaise with tailor for gown alteration schedules
10) Coordinate with stylists, models, influences and celebrities for Marketing projects
11) Make Monthly, Yearly sales report and presentation materials.

12) Coordinate with team of wedding planners
13) Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to time.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) process ensuring key timelines are met.
• Effective and prompt management of cases assigned for RNF requests.
• Efficient handling of related queries and execution of controls in compliance.
• Ensure agreed customer service levels are met and customers’ queries, and feedback is effectively addressed.
• Maintain employee database through management of employee data changes.
• Engage all concerned parties through required HR processes, enabling accurate administration and data maintenance of staff records, in compliance to required controls and audit documentation.
• Maintain a collaborative working partnership with all HR teams to deliver efficient and seamless HR services to all businesses.
• Drive work improvements within team, actively streamline processes for efficiency and reduce duplications.
• Ensure all operational processes are consistent with HR policies and group compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide any ad hoc HR operations support as assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in human resources or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge in general HR policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and pressure.
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedures and operational guidelines.
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using Success Factors is desirable.
