Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties, including AR/AP and other financial related duties

• Update of Data into the Accounting Software

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records

• Ensure accurate, timely monthly / yearly financial closing

• Reconcile cash and bank balance on timely basis

• Preparation of journals, schedules, reconciliations

• Includes administrative scope.

Job Requirements:

1. Key in AR entries using odoo software.

• Monitor and process customer purchase orders (PO) efficiently, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Regularly update and maintain records, suggesting improvements and enhancements to improve efficiency.

Job Description:

• Data entry, invoicing and filings
• Handle partial set of account (AP,AR, GL, Accts Reconciliation)
• Key in all accounting transactions into accounting system
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST report

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.
• Generate and maintain payroll and salary reports.
• Update attendance records, leave schedules, overtime, etc.
• Stay updated on MOM guidelines and implement changes as required.
• Handle general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience managing full-spectrum accounts, preferably in F&B.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task efficiently.
• Independent, collaborative, and a good team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Familiarity with Xero accounting, Zealys payroll, ePOS systems, and credit card portals.
• 5-day work week, immediate or short-notice availability preferred.
• No quota for foreign staff who need for working pass.

Assist accounts executive in the daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Assist accounts executive in payroll processing.

Provide support during audit.

Undertake admin duties such as answering phone calls and managing office stationery and equipment.
