We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join our distribution team. The role is based in Singapore. We offer attractive remuneration with commission and the opportunity to join a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development, Custody Operations and 1X Operations team with daily tasks and activities
• Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing and operations
• Maintain organized records of sales activities, transactions, and correspondence
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of sales materials and product information to clients
• Assist in new partnerships and databases to expand client and product outreach
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential customers
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support sales strategies
• Work with the KYC team on facilitation of the onboarding process
• Assist in coordinating with issuers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth listing and onboarding process
• Assist with the preparation of all customer journey workflow and documentation
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align and coordinate sales initiatives
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files
• Assisting in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Engineering
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Works well in a team and across other teams
• Self-motivated and driven
• Strong IT and analytical skills for problem-solving
• Experience in sales support, portfolio management, investor relations or growth investing in Finance Industry is preferred

Job Description:

· Coordinate, plan and implement safety programs to maintain the safety of the environment working conditions.

· Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health and quality issues.

· Equip with the knowledge and skills required to audit ISO accordance to the standards.

· Establish management systems documentation and ensure it is maintained.

· Assist in continual improvement projects for management systems.

· Provide support to internal staff on matters relating to management systems.

· Assist in internal and external audit of management systems.

· Track and ensure all corrective actions for non-conformance and customer complaint are effectively executed and followed.

· Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident.

· Investigation Reports and prepare/submit to the management.

· Accept duties assigned on Quality, Health and Safety tasks/projects as required.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree holder.

· Minimum 2-year experience in Offshore or Marine industry.

· Well verse with MS Office.

· Knowledge in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards is highly preferred.

· Matured, highly motivated and a team player.

· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

· Able to work independently and meticulous.
