ICT Inventory:

• Ensure the movement of the IT equipment are recorded and accountable for. Record every loan of IT equipment in the equipment file. Ensure MTTs/Officers/Facilitators sign in and sign out for the items in the loan record.
• Always ensure that all IT equipment are properly kept in the proper places.
• Do inventory stock take once every 6 months to ensure asset are in place and accountable for. Get the signature of officers/RO and verified.

Future Development of IT Facilities in MCLS:
