Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesaler & Manufacturer/ AV Equipment
• Position Title: Senior Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Supervise all accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, project accounting, and inventory accounting.
• Keep accurate financial records and validate data integrity.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is accurately kept and recorded.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Responsible for GST submissions and other statutory filings.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage accounts for other regional offices.
• Perform additional financial and accounting tasks as necessary.

• At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of Singapore's accounting standards and regulations.

Job Scope:

1) Administrative Tasks:

• Handling data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Typing reports, letters, and other business documents.
• Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate employees.
• Fulfill other administrative ad hoc duties as requested by staff members

2) Document Management:

• Processing and managing documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Provide general support on documentation.

3) Manage Communication

• Answering telephone calls and emails.
• Redirecting calls or messages to the relevant employees when appropriate.
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly

4) Supporting Office Operations:

• Maintaining an organized filing system.
• Restocking office supplies as needed.
• Arrange travel / event / servicing / maintenance (e.g., booking flights, taxis, hotels, and restaurants).

• Support Marketing executive on planning, schedule and orders.
