Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the logistical and operational aspects of our business.

1. Plan duty roster of operations staff
2. Plan Scheduling of delivery
3. Oversee and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
4. Send, set-up and collection of buffet
5. Check orders in advance on the system to plan schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
6. Engage part-timers and ensure that they are deployed accordingly
7. Attend meetings with clients to discuss logistics and operational requirements.
8. Address and rectify any sudden issues that arise during events to ensure smooth operations.
9. To co-ordinate with Chef, Operations staff on function set-up arrangement, service procedure and setting up and clearing of all equipment before and after functions.
10. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement

1. Minimum 1 year experience in catering operations
2. Possess Class 3 driving license with clean records
3. Familiar with Singapore streets directory

Job Descriptions

1. Ferry workers from to and from work site.
2. Supervise worker
3. Operate lorry crane
4. Supervise worker
5. Report to Project Manager
6. Deliver documents or materials to required destinations.
7. Loading and unloading of materials from the vehicle.
8. Conduct daily checks to ensure that the vehicle is in good and safe condition.
9. Keep vehicle clean and regular maintenance on vehicle.
10. Drive in safety manner at all times and adhering to traffic rules and regulations stated in the road traffic.
11. Attend to other ad hoc duties instructed by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

1. Possess a valid Class 3/Class 4/Class 5 driver with good driving records.
2. WSQ Operate Lorry Crane Certificate
3. Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organised
4. Willing to learn, independent and self-motivated
5. At least 1 years working experience
6. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
7. Familiar with Singapore road.
8. Able to handle moderately heavy goods.
9. Positive attitude to work independently as a team player.
10. Singaporean only.

Other Information:

· 5.5/6 days work per week

· Working Hours: 8am to 7pm
