Job Description:

Receptionist duties

• Assist to man General Office counter, answering phone calls and handling walk-ins requests from students , staff and stakeholders during assigned hours.
• Attend to students who are unwell or injured in the sick bay.
• Record attendance of late coming students
• During holidays will collate hardcopy Financial Assistance Application forms, check all required documents submitted, update staff mailbox and Organisation Chart
• Perform administrative support such as data entry , collation of data and statistics when required.
• Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities and events (such as refreshment, phototaking day, award day)
• Any other duties assigned by the school leaders & administration manager

Printing Operator Duties

• to process printing requests from the staff of the Authority.
• monitor and replenish the consumables associated with the operation of the printing machines.
• fulfil any printing requests submitted by the staff of the Authority within [3] working days, excluding the day the printing request is received.
• Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.
• Perform regular checks to ensure school’s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.
• Perform scanning, laminating, binding and finishing operations.

Job Requirement:

· Able to speak and read simple English, operate photocopying machine.

· Minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate

· Preferably 2 years working experience in receptionist work

· Physically fit, meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active.

· Good interpersonal skills and team player

· Basic PC skills (using of email and update excel spreadsheet)

Job Description:

1. Provide timely, accurate and clear communication – both written and verbal – to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries.

2. Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage

3. Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO.

4. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued.

5. Complete other role-related duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Admin Executive.

Job Requirement:

1. Possess a minimum 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, and/or relevant certificates.

2. Have good working knowledge of office IT software such as Words and Excel.

Contract Duration:

Key Responsibilities:

Science Lab Support:

• Prepare materials, equipment, and apparatus for curriculum and co-curricular activities.
• Assist in distributing and collecting worksheets, notes, and lab equipment.
• Set up, clean, and maintain the Science laboratories and other science-related areas.
• Assist with classroom management during science lab activities (e.g., group work).
• Conduct stock-taking and ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and resources.
• Support teachers in ensuring student safety in labs and during field trips.

Administrative Duties:

• Provide frontline counter duties such as answering phone calls and contacting parents of unwell students.
• Assist in general school duties as required.
• Support the running of school events and activities involving students.

Other Tasks:

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, or Key Personnel.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: At least GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or science lab experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software
• Ability to create and manage printed materials and data analysis reports

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teachers, students, and stakeholders

Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Management
• Preparing financial analyses and reports
• Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Coordinate and communicate with external parties like tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and tax authorities where required

Requirements:

• Experience in GST reporting is required

Responsibilities:

· Revised HR procedures and forms for running HR operations smoothly.

· Preparing and updating correspondence letters and memo to all employees.

· Employee Personal Files and HR System updating & backup from time to time.

· Customized reports layout by reprogramming accordingly to the needs of Management or other departments.

· Problems analysing and solution proposing to Management when needed.

Academic Requirement:

Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher

Experience/ Skill:

▪ With at least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources environment.

▪ Resourceful, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills

▪ Well versed in Employment Act and Industrial Relation.

▪ Computer literate.

Requirements
