Job Descriptions:

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the construction projects from initial calculations to the final accounts.
• Prepare contract documents according to the regulations.
• Prepare cost analysis and monitor project overruns to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Entry-level or with 1-3 years (s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Bilingual is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and software.

Content Producer Cum Videographer
Diploma/Degree in Film, media or related industries
Minimum 2 years experience in Film, media or relevant industries
Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and other Adobe softwares or/and Davinci Resolve
Experience in curating content for social media purposes
Able to operate minimally Mirrorless/DSLR camera

Scope
Curating creative ideas and concepts for stills or video content through, storyboard, moodboards or shotlists
Liasing with clients and managing projects
Filmming content for client projects independently or with assistant(s)
Video editing, colour grading, sound mixing(basic), etc.
Good time management in handling multiple projects
