- Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaising with candidates, government bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents

- Manage exit interviews reschedules for resignees

- Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters and updating details into HRIS.

Requirements:

- Min GCE ‘A’ Levels/Diploma in any discipline

- Able to start work IMMEDIATELY !

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software

- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills

Sports Education Executive

Duration: 1 year

Location: Evans Road (Nearest MRT: Botanic Gardens)

Working hours: Mon - Fri (830am - 6pm)

Responsibilities

• Scope of work to assist Sports Education unit and NSGO as the SE Executive.
• Results management - Updating result of matches to NIS website.
• Coordination for use of venue - coordinating with schools and external sports venue owners.
• Assisting in procurement and payment matters.
• Daily operations of competitions – coordination with schools, Organising Committees Manage Facilities Booking System.
• Manage Media Request & Scheduling.
• Assist Sports Education Unit Lead Secretariat in logistics matters.

Requirements

• Diploma
• Possess relevant experience preferably in admin and coordinating with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
