Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Administer academic services including updating class lists, student results, generating reports, arranging meetings, and preparing tests.
• Provide support to teachers with resources such as worksheets, Zoom links, and deployment schedules.
• Maintain and manage student records both digitally and physically.
• Handle communications with all stakeholders, managing inquiries and sending reports.
• Coordinate with external vendors for essential supplies.
• Manage front desk operations, including daily attendance, student and teacher follow-ups, and handling leave matters.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
• Manage mail and parcel distribution.
• Support the science laboratories by providing technical assistance to teachers.
• Ensure laboratories are stocked with necessary equipment and chemicals.
• Plan and oversee monthly laboratory classes, and maintain laboratory documentation.
• Set up and conduct laboratory tests and demonstrations.
• Uphold cleanliness and order in the laboratories.

Requirements:

• A recognised Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a school environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Inspecting goods for defects or damages.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory audits.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
