The service required are set out as follows :

Admin Support Officer

• To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with customers’ enquiries;
• To attend and keep a record of sick/injured students;

Teacher Resource Support

• To assist to source and purchase materials for laboratory activities, practical tests and enrichment programme and to aid science teachers with the clearing up after laboratory lessons and when required;
• To assist to prepare forms and expenditures claims and keep copies of invoices and receipts;
• To label and keep records of existing and new Science teaching and learning materials and laboratory apparatus such as teachers’ desk copies, reference books, DVDs, lab apparatus and chemicals, etc;
• To maintain loan records of Science Resources;
• To pack and organize the resources in the Science Rooms. Ensure that the Science rooms are clean and conducive for lessons;
• To ensure laboratory equipment, materials and specimens are in good working conditions. Conduct stock-take at least twice a year. Assist to update the stock record and breakage record to initiate ordering of replacements, when necessary;
• To ensure proper disposal of waste materials such as sharp waste objects and chemicals;
• To ensure safety of students in the Science rooms. Record and report any incidents to Science HOD / LH. Maintain a laboratory incident log book;
• To check that safety devices in the laboratory, such as emergency eye-washers, showers and fire extinguishers are working;
• To perform any duties assigned by the Science HOD / Level Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Acquisition:

• Prospecting and Outreach: Identify business needs through analytics and engagement with internal stakeholders. Enrol merchant partners to strengthen the company's merchant network.
• Onboarding: Assist merchants with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful integration into the company's platforms.
• Placement: Assist merchants with the placement of their products and services onto the different channels.

Event Management:

• Event Planning: Assess, plan and organise onsite corporate talks or events to drive employee engagement goals

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management

Job Responsibilities:

Client Communications Management

• Set SOP for Client Communications (e.g.: service recovery, guidelines for handling customers from different feedback channels, SLA to customer feedback, preparation of FAQ, etc.)
• Reply all customer enquiries and feedback within stipulated timelines via various channels (e.g.: calls, email, live chat, social media, etc.)
• Assist customers with regards to the status of their orders
• Assist customers or operations team to source / locate products
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up sales opportunity with customers
• Maximize cross sales opportunities in all correspondence by suggesting related products to original inquiries

Administrative Duties

• Assist ECommerce team in administrative duties
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on live chat performance, number of compliments, complaints, feedbacks and enquires accordingly to the sources
• Management of the membership and customer feedback database, i.e. data entry of membership details and feedback forms
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Service Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Email
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
