Job Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and professionally, confirming appointments and directing them to their destination
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring them appropriately
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area
• Process and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries
• Handle document photocopying, scanning, filing, and printing
• Manage the booking of meeting rooms and prepare necessary materials

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• At least 1 years of relevant experience as corporate office admin or secretary to management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily general cleaning & housekeeping services for office area which include working areas, washroom, pantry areas, meeting rooms and common areas (i.e. walkways, staircases, landscape areas).
• Assist in preparing and serving of light snacks, fruits and drinks/beverages to visitors/guests whenever required.
• Keep the office pantry area clean & tidy and maintaining the general cleanliness of kitchen appliances and cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Refilling and restocking of cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels etc) and pantry supplies (biscuits, beverages etc).
• Maintaining cleaning products and pantry supplies and update HR & Admin department to order new supplies when necessary.
• Daily clearing of waste bins and dispose all the rubbish from office to designated areas.
• Watering and maintenance of plants.
• Any other general cleaning duties and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Prior office housekeeping/cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Positive attitude, committed, hardworking and responsible.
• Suitable for mature workers who are staying in Jurong West vicinity.
• Able to start immediately or at a short notice.
• Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm (inclusive of one hour lunch break).

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces areas, eg. counters, bed, table, chairs and commonly touchpoints surfaces.
• Daily washings, dryings of clothes & towels and empty rubbish bins.
• To serve tea/coffee to customers whenever required.
• Any other general cleaning duties whenever is required.
