Responsibilities:

Purchasing -

• · Handle all purchasing activities
• · Review and implement policies, procedures and internal controls for procurement activities
• Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply & Demand Alignment, Material replenishment and Supplier Performance
• Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
• Source the most cost-effective material for the company
• Stock level projection
• Purchasing budget control.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure timely delivery
• Managing the procurement suppliers’ relationships for the Company
• Regular negotiations with suppliers on purchasing prices
• Resolve disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare Monthly or Weekly purchase & inventory report
• Analysis of sales forecast accuracy, stock movement and aging stock
• Liaise with finance department with regards to cycle count and inventory reconciliation
• Work closely with the sales team to support with daily B2B customers invoicing.
• Ensure Monthly closing report is completed within deadline (Inventory report for all outlet & warehouse)
• Handle unforeseen situation related to inventory and stock matters in all outlets, work closely and provide support to operation outlet team in all restaurant activities
• Organize Monthly stock take activities on selected outlet
• Airport pass application for delivery suppliers
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Logistic (Import/Export and Delivery Operations) –

• Planning Shipment from overseas suppliers
• Ensure timely & accurate arrival of shipment through close liaison with 3PL, freight forwarder supplier & distribution.
• Prepare and check all shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, certificate of origin etc. to ensure that they are complete and comply with AVA import and export rules and regulations
• Coordinate AVA inspection when shipment arrive at warehouse
• Book cargo space and purchase insurance for shipments
• Liaise with Freight Forwarder, transportation, etc. to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
• Import & export arrangements
• Manage the delivery and logistic team in the Company
• Manage and plan regular vehicle maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to delivery operations
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Advantage for candidate with experience from F&B industry
• Work at Jurong Food Hub

Day to Day
For our ECS Account Executives no day is the same. You will sell our Salesforce Core solutions such Sales, Service, Platform & Slack into the largest enterprise accounts in Thailand. We build trusted relationships with existing accounts to seek out and identify new & add-on opportunities.

Every single day is different, you could be; running complex deals end to end, forecasting, prospecting, building strategy, running/attending round tables & events, or taking care of urgent issues.

You will use your new business development and relationship-building skills to develop opportunities:

• Advise customers on the Salesforce Core solutions to help them achieve their business goals
• Work with the supporting team and engage appropriate resources to lead the end-to-end sales process
• Use your solution selling expertise to uncover customer challenges and increase revenue by using Salesforce technology to solve customer problems
• Execute the strategy to own a high volume, transactional business with our Enterprise customers.
• Regular customer cadence to manage and build high-value, long-lasting relationships
• Territory/Vertical identification and research to formalise a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts.
• Maintaining a long-term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation while being able to generate short-term results.

Who you are

• This is a brilliant role for a tenured Account Executive who has either had exposure to enterprise / commercial accounts or can demonstrate the gravitas needed to influence at this level. You will have carried a quota and worked toward sales targets.
• You are self-motivated and can operate in a fast-paced sales environment. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you, and you’re driven to not only achieve your target, but to blow past it.
• You are resilient and have a high EQ. We have a fast-paced team with multiple stakeholders so being able to keep a calm mindset is essential.
• Embody a growth mindset. You’re thinking ahead and have a plan for yourself. Avid learners wanted.
• You're able to craft a point of view, hold an opinion, and build credibility as a 'Trusted Adviser' with your customers

• Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience, and strong customer references are preferred.
• Able to converse in Thai to communicate with Thai speaking customers.
