Job Description
Managing/processing and conveying customers’ booking requests to the operational team
Manage and handle complaints/feedbacks from customers
Liaise and communicate closely with operational team and drivers to ensure smooth operations
Assist in administrative duties and documentations
Data entry into bus scheduling system
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Min. N/O level certificate, diploma preferred
Fluent in English (written/oral) and Mandarin (oral)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under flexible and fast-paced working environment
Proficient in email and Microsoft Office
Mon-Fri 1000hrs to 1400hrs daily
