Responsibilities :

1.1 Human Resources

• Assisting the Operations Director and QHSE Manager with recruitment requirements as requested, payroll, and contracts in accordance with National Labor laws.
• Ensure that all personal data is used and transmitted within the legal framework of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
• Maintain / update contracts in the personnel records file.

1.2 Financial

• Contribute to achieving company’s objectives & targets from an HR perspective by support of the Operations Department with processing new hires.

1.3 Personnel

• Work with departmental managers and advise Finance & Administration Director and Corporate Administration Manager on office personnel resource requirements.
