Job Requirements:

• Diploma in business management (marketing) or equivalent qualification
• Background in global sales and sourcing, particularly in IT hardware trading, IT asset

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant fields
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems

Job Description

• Liaising with customers / dealers regarding installation matters
• Assisting sales in contacting customers on the installations schedule
• Assisting Managers/ Directors and Administrative Duties
• Data Entry
• Answering calls on enquiries or servicings
• Deploying of Installers to job sites
• Day to day update of Installers ETA to sites
• Update Installers on the schedule daily
• Any ad-hocs duties assisted
