Remunerations:

Accounts Management:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure proper accounting and recording of financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform regular financial audits and assist in external audits as needed.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and update internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement, fraud, and non-compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential legal or financial risks.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with changes in laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s practices remain compliant.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare reports on financial performance and compliance status for senior management.
• Provide recommendations for improving financial and compliance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and accounting standards.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, auditing, or risk management is preferred.
