Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Candidate with Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent is a plus
• Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated
• Ideal candidate is also passionate about creating exceptional in-store experiences
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for the senior role
• Candidates with experience with Autocad / Sketchup / 3D rendering software is a plus

• Responsible for the general day-to-day office administration of the company and serve as the point person for office administrative duties.
• Supervise a team comprising admin staff supporting front desk duties, such as answer and direct phone calls, receive and sort incoming mail and delivers, office document couriers, etc.
• Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air travel, accommodation, etc.) and operations, and manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and travel service providers.
• Manage all Corporate Real Estate matters, including the renewal of office lease, delivery of office maintenance and handle any office moves or renovations.
• Maintain good relationships and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease.
• Oversee office equipment and archival storage, office cleaning and inventory of office pantry and stationery supplies.
• Develop effective corporate communication strategies
• To collaborate with HR team in organizing employee's engagement activities.
• Maintain and improve administrative processes efficiently.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of administrative management experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Maintain a mature discretion in handling confidential information/issues
