Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department in the hiring process

• Submission of grants as required, processing of staff claims

• Apply and renew work passes (Eg. WP, SP, EP)

• Process of monthly payroll

• Conduct disciplinary for staff

• Comfortable with doing some front-facing duties at the clinics and interacting with clinic staff

• Handling the company website and social medias

• Support ad-hoc administrative assignments where necessary

• Fulfill and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Min diploma and above

• Prior knowledge of Excel -Pivot Table, V lookup is a must to process payroll

• No need prior healthcare experience is required
