Trade Marketing Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing Support

• Manage ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile apps (eg Food Service CRM, Food Service ordering app, Merchandiser App) with external agency. This includes bug fixes, feature enhancements, platform optimization.
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile apps. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance overall user experience.

1. Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations to communicate sales and marketing performance.
