He / She provides an appropriate welcome at The Great Room for guests, maximising their dining experience using technical and individual social skills. Your Day-to-Day Job Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Answer any guests enquires practically and simply in adherence to brand standards
• Handle guests' complaints appropriately adhering to brand standards or direct them to Duty Manager (DMs)
