About the Job

The Graduate Studies office is responsible for the governance and development of the University’s graduate programmes, which include Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees. In addition, the office manages admissions and recruitment of graduate students, working in close collaboration with the Schools and various academic and administrative units across the University. About the role:

The Procurement and Hardware Executive will join our Regional TabSquare Finance and Procurement team to work in a fast-paced environment for physical handling and tracking of fixed assets and inventory, procurement activities and support hardware-related matters. The candidate will work physically from the office and storeroom in Singapore. The candidate will report to the Head of Finance in Singapore and be able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive to join our team at Singapore Distribution Center.

Your role will involve a wide span of activities from export documentation, timely booking of export containers, co-ordinating of inbound arrivals and all other related shipping operational activities. This role will be reporting to the Order & Shipping Manager, and be part of the Order & Shipping team.

Shipping Coordination and Documentation

· Coordinate and execute all export shipment related activities from Singapore warehouse to the complete dealer network including supplier returns

· Prepare all related export documentation including dealer invoicing, delivery orders, Certificate of Origins, etc.
