RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

In addition, they will also have the opportunity to lead, train, supervise, and mentor staff in areas such as Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation sections of the Operations department.

• Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish company’s compliance management system to integrate the company’s overall risk management, internal control and compliance. Qualifications：

Job Scope

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment inquiries, order status, and

delivery timelines.
