Expected Job Responsibilities:

• Management of one mega food court
• Provide excellent dining satisfaction to all the diners and tenants
• Managing and liaising with stall tenants on policy issues
• Enforcement of company policies
• Lead and motivate a team of floor staff
• Monitoring 3rd parties cleaning contractors
• Conduct daily Inspection and monitor improvement work
• Conduct proper maintenance on establishment’s M&E provision

Food and beverage serving and related workers perform a variety of customer service, food preparation, and cleaning duties in restaurants, cafeterias, and other eating and drinking establishments.

Duties

Food and beverage serving and related workers typically do the following:

· Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials

· Take food or drink orders from customers

· Relay customers’ orders to other kitchen staff

· Prepare food and drink orders, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee

· Accept payments and balance receipts

· Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room

· Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters

· Replenish and stock service stations, cabinets, and tables

· Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers

Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading a team doing preventive maintenance and repairs from a Food Manufacturing industry. Good knowledge of ISO 22000.
• Managing the daily operations, including training staff members.
• Ordering food supplies, equipment repairs, and other materials needed to keep the facility running smoothly
• Monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure adequate supply levels.
• Coordinating with suppliers to obtain high quality ingredients while keeping prices low.
• Ensuring that food safety standards are being met by employees during preparation, cooking, and serving processes.
• 5+ years of food manage experience.
• In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices.
• Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers.

• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members, ensuring skills are up to date and in line with production requirements.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth production processes.
