JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications;

Role Summary:
The role involves conducting research and development activities for aquaculture within a Food MNC's research division, supporting product innovation, customer trials, and scientific advancement. This position requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, marketing teams, and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Process Development:Develop aquaculture-related products by adhering to the Product Innovation Process (PIP).
  Collaborate with academic institutions and interact with customers to gather insights and improve offerings.
• Research & Analysis:Publish scientific and technical articles in the internal database.
  Design experimental protocols, methods of analysis, and SOPs for aquaculture research.
  Perform routine tests, including chemistry, biochemical assays, and microbiological work in biosafety cabinets (BSC).
  Troubleshoot experimental and lab equipment issues.
• Customer Support:Participate in customer trials, analyze data, and generate reports to support sales and technical teams.
  Provide training and assist with product promotion activities.
• Laboratory Operations:Maintain and operate lab equipment such as HPLC, GC-MS, and GC-FID.
  Manage lab inventory, sample handling, waste disposal, and housekeeping tasks.
  Maintain accurate records of research activities in lab notebooks and other documentation.
• Collaboration & Reporting:Work with regulatory, quality, and production teams on product development, scale-up, and registration processes.
  Prepare updates on PIP and R&D projects, and publish internal source documents and review papers.
