Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Event Organiser
• Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Executive
• Working Location: Robinson Road
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,300 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general administrative tasks.
• Organize and save account data in shared folders.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for quotes.
• Handle documentation and simple processing tasks.
• Assist with company events and transportation arrangements.
• Prepare customer credit limit reports.
• Arrange cheque deposits and courier services.
• Enter supplier invoices into SAP.
• Send monthly Statements of Account and reminder emails.
• Prepare payments and transfers via online banking.
• Monitor and follow up on client billings and vendor payments.

• Minimum Nitec in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email platforms like Gmail.

• Achieve sales target through effective business planning within allocated trade funds
• Execute customised channel and promotional strategy to drive sales growth
• Cultivate relationship with appointed key accounts
• Manage debt control and payment of key accounts
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
• Prepare monthly sales reviews for internal stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day trade operations required
• Think out-of-the-box trade activations with end consumers interest in mind
