Report incidents that require disciplinary actions immediately to the Restaurant / Outlet Manager.

Coordinate the review of outlet’s operation updates annually as requested by the Restaurant Manager.

Support activities and cooperation with the suppliers.

Assist in carrying out scheduled inventories of products and equipment.

Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as appointed by the Restaurant Manager.

Handle guest enquiries and complaints in the outlet in a courteous and efficient manner.

Ensure that the opening and closing procedures established for the outlet are followed.

Job Description

2. Merchandising:

· Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.

3. Build and Maintain Good Relationship with Retailers:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retailers and partners.

· Regularly visit retail locations to ensure proper product placement and address any issues.

· Negotiate contracts and agreements with retailers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

4. Explore New Sales Channels:

· Identify and explore new sales channels to expand market reach.
