Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Managers in maintaining the operations system and processes of various services to effectively support the hospital in delivering its services. The services include but not limited to:

• Assist therapists in SMF application, order mobility devices, consolidate payment, submit quarterly funding claim and data submission to the Ministry of Health.
• Assist in operating the pandemic and business continuity plans in connection with the hospital-wide response plan in the event such plans need to be activated.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Keep track of the expiry and renewal dates of all licenses and accreditation; submit renewal applications.
• Assist the Operations Manager in the co-ordination for the internal and external audits and inspection.
• Arrange meetings and minutes writing.
• Assume other responsibilities relevant to position as delegated from time to time including work relating to the expansion of services and development of new services or new projects.

Requirements:

• General Diploma/Degree or equivalent from a recognised institution is required.
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Must have good understanding of the direction that the hospital is taking in response to the rapidly changing healthcare delivery models which MOH has for the ILTC sector to meet the changing needs in tandem with the demographic changes of the population.

Simple Food Solutions Pte Ltd is a dynamic OEM food manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative and high-quality food products. We are looking for a creative and experienced Research and Development Specialist to lead our R&D efforts, drive new product development, and optimize kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recipe Development and Product Innovation

• Create and test innovative recipes tailored to market trends and customer demands.

• Ensure recipes are scalable for production efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality.

2. Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC)

• Establish and implement robust QA/QC protocols.

• Conduct product trials to ensure consistency, compliance, and safety standards.

• Resolve quality issues during development and production.

3. Product Approval and Accountability

• Oversee product approval, ensuring all items meet company standards for taste, presentation, and compliance.

• Sign off on finalized recipes and processes, assuming full accountability for product quality.

4. Collaboration with the Sales Team

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer feedback and market needs.

• Assist in presenting products to clients, including demonstrations and tastings.

• Support customization for specific customer requests.

5. Production Alignment and Management

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to align recipes with operational capabilities.

• Train production staff on new recipes and processes.

6. Market and Trend Analysis

• Research food trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to inform recipe development.

• Innovate and propose new product concepts for market differentiation.

7. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain thorough records of recipes, ingredient specifications, and QA/QC protocols.

• Provide updates to the Production Manager and sales team on project progress and approvals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, focusing on R&D, QA/QC, or product development.

• Expertise in scaling recipes for production.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

• Strong collaboration skills with production and sales teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education:

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.

• Certifications in quality management or culinary innovation are a plus.

About the Role

As an Operations Executive, your primary goal is to support Singapore Operations and the delivery of RushOwl’s Transportation Solutions.

You’re the behind-the-scenes hero who is always seeking to make things efficient & convenient for others. You thrive in a fast-paced work setting and are open to communicating with all stakeholders across our passenger-driver ecosystem.

You are confident in building and maintaining a brand that our passengers trust and love. You have strong evidence of strong leadership and task management skills.

So what does a typical workweek look like for you?

1. Assist in the Area Planning process.
2. Assist in Resource Deployment to ensure trip fulfillment is met.
3. Participate in managing vehicle stakeholders to make sure satisfactory services are provided.
4. Rapidly execute, iterate and adapt to ensure that our implemented projects run smoothly.
5. Exercise Documentation Practices to ensure all data/information is documented timely for future actionable case studies.
6. Conduct detailed transportation analysis, with the consideration of trip service levels, constraints/time windows
7. Assist in Parents Management for school trips as well as bus attendants.
8. Churn reports & analysis for each respective task

Other Important Information

• This is a Full-Time Role, applicable to those in Singapore.
• You will report directly to the Operations Manager of RushOwl.

Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Deal with clients and ship-owners relating to post-fixtures, ensure proper follow-up and update on daily operations .
• Handle dry cargo loading and discharging operational & document procedures.
• Resolve disputes, negotiate costs and handle claims between clients and ship-owners
• Have knowledge/experience of shipboard operation, cargo loading and disputes
• Have knowledge of different Charter party, laytime and some trading / legal terms.
• Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience in marine industry (Dry cargo / Ship-owner).
• Candidates with more than 3-4 years’ experience in Dry cargo operations, will be considered for a senior position
• Able to work independently, responsible and manage multiple priorities
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills

- Acquisition, research and analysis of market resources such as global, southeast asia, Singapore macroeconomic environment, competitors, etc

- Acquisition, research, dynamic analysis, monitoring and application of air transport market.

- Provide market research and analysis support for product development and sales development.

- Develop and implement product positioning strategies to differentiate our products in the market.

- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and sales.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.

- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, product messaging, and sales tools.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance product marketing efforts.

- Product efficiency management: including product revenue, price, profit, analysis, guidance, to drive the development of products

- Improvement of product competitiveness: Analyse the timeliness and price of competition in the market, and adjust product sales and promotion strategies
