Job Description

· Account Payable & Receivable

· Issuing of Monthly Rental Invoices

· Entry level of accounting works & data entries

· Verify of online payments and issue adjustment note

· Generate of monthly reports – P & L, Management & Operations

· Maintain of monthly stock lists

· Filing of documents/invoices

Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in Accounting

· Knowledge of Microsoft office is essential

· Hand on experiences on ‘Quick-Book’ software preferable

· 5.5 days work week

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive/Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, and GL.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Manage GST submissions and corporate tax filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in recruitment process.
• A good team player who can work with minimum supervision.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirement:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications with 1-2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in MYOB is added advantage.
• Bilingual is required, to liaise with Chinese associates.
• Experience in steel, mining industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain full set of accounts and prepare timely management reports for multiple entities.
• Process monthly journal entries, schedules and bank reconciliations.
• Manage loan covenants and ensure compliance with bank requirements.
• In-charge of cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for stakeholders.
• Handle GST filings and submission.
• Assist with year-end financial closing and audit processes.
• Liaise with external partners (company secretary, tax agents, auditors and banks).
• Assist in the setup & strike off companies with company secretary.
• Support the preparation of financial forecast and budgeting.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MYOB & Microsoft Excel.
• Matured, organized and meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Report to Finance Manager.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
