Job Brief
As a Merchandiser Executive, you will work within the Merchandising team, managing the company’s sales
planning and stock production each season.
Sales Planning
• Generate and analyse sales and stock numbers weekly.
• Analyse sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
• Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands.
• Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory.
• Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
• Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase
orders, and setting promotions.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role
• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field
• Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
• Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
