The Accounts Receivable Specialist key responsibilities include collection of outstanding invoices, resolving customer disputes and invoice discrepancies, obtaining scheduled payment dates, prompt reconciliation of accounts, and reporting. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure transactions from Opera are posted correctly in Netsuite Accounting System.
• Perform daily reconciliation on Netsuite and Opera Trial Balance.
