In this role, you will:

• Be a champion for customer service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs, answering questions, and exceeding their expectations.
• Drive sales success: Sell a wide range of sporting equipment and apparel, using your product knowledge to guide customers to the perfect purchase.
• Become an inventory master: Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized store floor, and ensure efficient product flow.
• Be a team player: Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment, always willing to help colleagues and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a vibrant and outgoing personality with a passion for sports. (Experience in specific sports, particularly golf, is a plus!)
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys interacting with people.
• Possesses excellent communication skills in fluent English and ideally one other language common in Singapore (e.g., Chinese, Malay, Korean, Japanese).
• Has a strong work ethic, is reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, but not a requirement!

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients to promote our accounting and financial services.

Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong relationship with clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients.

Collaborate on campaigns that highlight the firm’s expertise in corporate secretarial, accounting, tax and advisory services.

Manage social media platforms and content creation to engage audiences.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Client Servicing:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on their accounts.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Establishing and enforcing safety guidelines for workers to follow while on the job
• Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly
• Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner
• Ensuring that all personnel are complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
• Determining the best methods for cleaning various types of surfaces such as walls or floors
• Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
• Conducting inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
• Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met
• Proven experience as cleaning supervisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday

Requirements:

• An entrepreneurial mind set, strong levels of reasoning, conversational ability and commercial acumen
• Comfortable with making persistent cold calls, handling objections, and be able to convert cold calls to warm acquaintances over the phone
• Assured organisational discipline with integrity and ability to exercise high levels of discretion in a confidential environment
• Able to engage senior executives with the ability to put people at ease
• Interest in current affairs and market developments
• Demonstrable intellectual rigour and a track record in goal oriented achievements
