Job Scope and Requirement
· Greet Customers, provide friendly,professional, efficient and quality service to maximise customers' satisfaction
· Highlights special promotion, give recommendations of menu, take orders and serve of food and beverages
· Assist customers with payment and recording transaction in POS system
· Able to handle customer feedback and service recovery
· Have knowledge in every dish and beverage served to provide explanations
· Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of your work station and maintaince of equipments
· Able to work in an efficient and timely manner
· Monitor and manage inventory
Other Duties
To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning grill pans and fittings.
