Relationship Building:Build and strengthen relationships with buyers, outlet personnel, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations e.g. stock ordering, replenishment
Understand the customer’s business universe, identify and capture opportunities to increase market share in the outlet, and identify the opportunities/threats in the market to increase the outlet’s potential for maximizing profits to the company.
Provide excellent customer service and enhance customer relationships. Build effective business relationships with customers to meet their needs while protecting the company’s interests.

Sales Development:Assist in developing and implementing sales activities (NCP, promotion, thematic campaign).
Monitor and track marketing expenses to ensure that trade spend is within budget
Analyze category, brand sales, and promotions of assigned accounts for business opportunities to grow sales, volume, and distribution Provide feedback on the trade and competitors’ market developments to maintain relevance and competitiveness
Conduct quarterly and/or bi-yearly business reviews with assigned accounts to improve sales performance and to develop the business further.

JOB SCOPE AND DUTIES

Government Support Programmes

• Promote and market the government support programmes to assist employers in the hiring of Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in PMET roles and internship placement

· Handle the end-to end application and disbursement of grants.

1. Applications Management – handle enquires and processing of applications.

2. Onboarding Management – handle enquires; generation of Letter of Offer; onboarding of companies and trainees to the programme.

3. Database Management – handle enquires; capture of data; ensure data quality and generation of management reports.

4. Claims Management – handle enquires and processing of claims.

5. Feedback Management – handle enquires; feedback/complaints; investigate and follow through with companies.

6. Review Management – handle enquires; review documentations; investigate and identify discrepancies and follow through with companies.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

· Work with various government agencies, training providers and industry associations

· Organise/Participate in job fairs to assist member companies in their hiring of Singaporeans and PRs

· Provide support to other ASMI events and activities as and when required

· Undertake special projects and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least a Polytechnic diploma with at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience
• Preferably with some experience in the administration of government schemes
• Preferably with some knowledge of government funding schemes
• Able to multi-task, comfortable with administrative work and is meticulous

Responsible for the marketing of Ethical & CHC business in Singapore through effective development and implementation of marketing strategies to contribute towards achieving the sales; growth and profitability of the business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. To ensure achievement of sales, profit and growth targets of the Ethical & CHC range of products.
2. Develop and spearhead marketing strategies, marketing plans for Ethical & CHC products. Ensure successful implementation & roll out.
3. Product Life Cycle management, continuous evaluation of line extension and/or discontinuation/revitalization of products. Work with relevant stakeholders and eternal agencies, to explore, evaluate and expand the range of products for Ethical & CHC.
4. Drive new product launches for Ethical & CHC range of products.
5. To support sales team with planning & executing marketing campaigns, promotional materials to drive business performance towards achieving financial year targets.
6. To ensure effective communication of marketing plans and strategies to the sales force
7. To keep abreast of market trends and competitor’s activities, in order to develop an effective marketing plan/strategy or to devise counter strategies to prevent erosion of market share.
8. To effectively manage promotional/marketing spending, and ensure that the spending is within the given budget.
9. To equip sales team with product knowledge via product training. Conduct role plays in ensuring the right promotional messaging has been conveyed.

11. Market visit for market assessment and analysis for development of effective marketing plans and strategies.
12. KOL and brand advocate development for new and established products.
13. Event management- To organize and manage CMEs/Workshops/Roadshows for both Ethical & CHC events.
14. To effectively forecast and monitor CHC stocks, in order to maintain healthy stock level and no OOS situation.
15. To support sales team on exemption products request, liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure stocks availability.
16. Tender Management – To support in pricing proposal and work with RA for documentation for submission of government tenders.
17. Support Sales team in product listing in retail/hospitals.
18. Vendor & agencies management – manage digital advertising/media/creative agencies, to maximize their contribution in promotion strategies and campaigns.

Qualification

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Science/Business/Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council (Added Advantage)
• Min. 1-2 years in Sales or Marketing. Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Description of the role:

The administrator will be based at the office and focus on providing administrative support to the department to ensure the smooth running of the department. The role would not be just limited to paperwork and may include various tasks as needed.

Key tasks:

· Managing/Updating/maintaining of all department – related documentation not limited to leave, medical eaves, overtime, claims and attendance.

· To assist in providing logistics support (as needed)

· Raise purchase requisition upon received any request from the installation team (Training will be provided)

Job Description:

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.

- Initiate and oversee the work pass application process for foreign employees.

- Update staff on the prevailing HR policies and procedure

Payroll and Benefits Administration

- Perform payroll processing and payroll reporting, using HR system
