About the Role

On behalf of a renowned global bank, we are looking for a meticulous and driven Finance Officer to join their Finance and Accounts team. This role is an excellent opportunity to enhance your expertise in Accounts Payable and contribute to a highly professional and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

• Analyze financial data to support reporting and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve AP-related issues and ensure seamless operations.

• Take on additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or similar environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver quality results.

• Leadership experience is an advantage.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Open to learning, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.

Your new role

• Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
• Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities.
• Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma from a recognized institute
• Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
