• Prepare monthly reconciliation journals and manage tender discrepancies
• Process refunds for credit card transactions and handle supplier invoices
• Reconcile vouchers and customer deposits monthly
• Generate monthly sales, gross profit, and reconciliation reports for management
• Assist with stock takes and cash float checks as scheduled
• Complete full accounts receivable tasks, including accounts payable and receivable duties
• Support with ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy or related disciplines
• Min 1 year of related work experience is preferred
• 5 days’ work week (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Location: Bugis
• Salary: up to $3000
• Permanent Full Time role
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
• Proficient in computer skill such MS Office
• Relevant experience in the residential development or service industry
• Possess fluent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time
