This position is the Operation Executive in aerospace parts industry. Proficient in managing orders, coordinating timely delivery of aerospace parts, and overseeing efficient inventory management. Proven track record in optimizing operational processes to ensure precision and client satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Order Processing: Efficiently process aerospace parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
2. Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and monitor the delivery of aerospace parts to meet client deadlines, maintaining a seamless supply chain.
3. Sales Tracking: Implement and oversee overall sales processes and deliverables, including regular client relationship management.
4. Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers to secure timely shipments and address any issues related to product availability or quality.
5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that aerospace parts meet industry standards and client specifications.
6. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1. Supply Chain Expertise: Proficient in supply chain management principles with a strong understanding of aerospace parts procurement, logistics, and distribution.
2. Microsoft Software Proficiency: Proficient use of Microsoft software to track sales deliveries, order, sales processes and after sales service, leading to streamlined and efficient customer service.
3. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with aerospace parts specifications, quality standards, and the ability to comprehend technical documentation to ensure accurate order processing.
4. Data Analysis: Capable of analyzing data related to order fulfillment, inventory levels, and delivery performance to make informed decisions and implement process improvements.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and clients, ensuring clear and concise information exchange throughout the supply chain.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

Leasing

· Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for the properties

· Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)

· Support Manager in all tenancy management activities

· Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties

· Ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements

· Work with Finance Department on arrears management

· Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company

Facilities Management

· Support Manager in all operational activities relating to Facilities and Maintenance for portfolio of properties (Office, Commercial, Industrial and Residential)

· Work with Manager and external managing agents (if any) on property related matters

· Maintain and update annual inspection and certificate of facility equipment in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements

· Review/evaluate and process contractors’ quotations

· Support Manager in managing M&E/Facility related repair and replacement works

· Ensure that contractors/sub-contractors perform their services as per the service contracts

· Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis

· Perform any other duties assigned
