• Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing specifically in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in MS office and SAP.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, actively managing senior stakeholders' expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment needs.
• Support initiatives that promote employee development, performance management, and retention within the organization.
• Regularly track and report on recruitment metrics and other key talent management indicators.
