Responsibilities

• Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
• Plan and execute vehicle movements, such as for servicing, inspection, viewings, deliveries, and inspections
• Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for the department, through liaising with various sales and admin stakeholders
• Provide internal stakeholders with necessary operations support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of automobile sales and leasing processes

Estimated Salary: $3200 to $4000

• Assist on research finance and administrative functions. Examples of research finance functions to be supported include but will not be limited to processing of payment, billing and procurement, FY closing matters such as collation of expenses for accrual and actualisation, as well as tracking of utilisation or preparing projections for available research funding.
