Accounts Executive (Payable)

Working Hours : 8.00am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri ), 8.00am - 12.30pm (Sat)
Basic: $2000 - $2500
Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable.
• Perform AP related duties in accordance with the cyclical calendar for processing supplier invoices, employee related expense claims and third party payments
• Prepare EFTs and run payment of suppliers in accordance with payment terms
• Respond to supplier account queries and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a professional manner
• Match and check vendor's invoices, DO, PO.
• Process payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments — multi-currencies.
• Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
• Manage staff claims.
• Undertake day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts, etc.
• Provide assistance in year-end audits.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel spreadsheet.

Admin Assistant cum Account

Requirements

• Preferably with 2 years of Administrative/ Accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the company's management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
• Perform general office duties and upkeep of office to ensure that it is always neat and tidy.
• Assist to prepare sale quotation and invoices
• Keep good records of the company documentation.
• Assist in coordination with vendors
• Printing, scanning and filing documents (e.g. tax invoices, invoices issued etc.)
• Keeping good records of supplier invoices and payment
• Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by superior.
• Assist team on project coordination if required
• Assist team on submitting permit to work application to landlord before projects commence

• Review Accounts Receivable Aging report and investigate outstanding balances
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Prepare monthly statements and send reminders to customers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
