The Accounting and Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations and reporting for two companies: a technology startup scaling rapidly through local and regional expansion, and a medical device distribution company with diverse sales channels. This role requires strong financial acumen, adaptability, and expertise in managing complex financial processes across industries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic planning to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management and Reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both companies.
• Consolidate financial reports and provide key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulations and tax requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for auditing and internal reviews.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Develop and manage budgets for the tech startup and medical device distribution company.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and fundraising efforts.

3. Fundraising Support for the Technology Startup

• Implement cost control measures to optimize profitability.

5. Supply Chain and Inventory Management (Medical Device Distribution)

• Support the implementation of robust systems for tracking inventory levels and replenishments.

6. Financial Systems and Automation

• Evaluate, implement, and optimize accounting software and tools to improve efficiency.

7. Leadership and Collaboration

• Act as a financial advisor to senior management for both companies.

Qualifications:
