This includes collaborating with Service Partners to monitor performance measures to meet the service standards and compliance with legal requirements. You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth delivery with minimum work disruptions and high user satisfaction. You shall also track and monitor department’s work plans timely and compile statistics on the Environmental Services activities for management’s decision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a Healthcare or Hospitality environment
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
• Highly independent, meticulous and analytical

• Assist in coordinating support services and organising activities for the seniors
• Assist in planning & coordinating programmes and activities for the seniors
• Assist in managing, supervising and supporting volunteers
• Conduct Community Screener and ensure buddying & befriending criteria are met
• Assist in conducting outreach
• Assist Programme Executive to prepare monthly report
• General admin duties

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma with Social Service
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
• This position is on contract basis
