• Assist in interview scheduling for new representatives’ allowance applications
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Support the Recruitment Managers on the month-to-month execution of the career seminar events that includes, but not limited to:
• - Designing of the event EDM
• - Sourcing of vendors
• - Liaise with speakers and or vendors on set up requirements for the event
• - Assist in planning of the event
• - Any other duties as assigned
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sociable, driven and meticulous personality
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities

• Support frontline operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks, including job card creation, invoicing, and warranty billings.
• Engage with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, and test drives.
• Manage & build positive relationships with both internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with the Parts department and workshop to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Assist in preparing quotations (repair and accident).
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business Administration / Public relations or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ relevant working experience
