RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the Accounts Payable process including the booking of entries, verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents, and issuing payment, ensuring that local GST is properly accounted for
• Handle staff claims and audit support
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and quarterly group bank reconciliation
• Monitoring and keeping track of the foreign currency funding requirement
• Issuance of manual debit/credit notes
• Liaising with Operations and external vendors on accounting-related matters, especially the payables related matters including supplier’s statement reconciliation

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. Our Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of all receipts and invoices, creating debit and credit notes, processing refunds, verifying retail settlements, collecting payments on overdue accounts, updating prices on the system, and carrying out month-end closing procedures.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all receipts are accurately recorded and reconciled with day-end receipts from outlets

Create debit and credit notes and process refunds timely

Verify retail settlements

Resolve any discrepancies in billing or receipts and perform necessary reconciliation

Requirements:
