Responsibilites & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Manage all work pass applications eg WP, SP, EP
• Arrange for courses eg CSOC, work-at-height, confinement space
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Responsible for stock management of uniforms, stationery & etc
• Setting-up and maintenance of employees' files
• Issuance of Staff ID
• Preparation of letters
• Assist in staff clearance process
• Managing employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy and guidelines
• Support administrative work for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation

Jobs Requirements

• Familiar with government regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Detailed oriented person
• Firm and stern character yet possess patience in liasing with colleagues especially with foreign employees
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

Liaise with banks on issues relating to cash management, credit facilitiesopening and closing of bank accounts.

Monitoring and managing bank relationships and liquidity, Co-ordinate andliaising with bank on the company's trade facilities.Manage company bank credit line, execute trade finance related process suchas LC issuance and negotiation.

Manage company bank and broker accounts in SG, including managing dailycapital liquidity risk and execution in financing & treasury process andutilization bank facilities to support trading.

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Banking/Commerce/Maritime Studies or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Trade Finance or related works.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.Meticulous, coupled with sense of urgency and responsibility.Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts for jobpurpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse staff.

• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities include

· 6 monthly audits by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and National Environment Agency (NEA)

· Assist the Home to investigate environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities

· Monitor and amend the implementation of the programme within the premises for effectiveness where necessary

· To develop training and activities to sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards

· Proper documentation of records for reporting to the NEA or authorized officers

· Work closely with the relevant vendors for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the Home

Fire Safety Officer (CERT Site Main Controller)

· Review and update fire escape route and fire fighting duties of staff quarterly and conducting fire drill twice yearly

· Ensure all fire fighting equipment are well maintained and in working condition

· Able to be on-site within 1 hour upon activation for emergency

Other duties

· Knowledge of CCTV usage and management to provide security coverage for the Home

· Handle and review reports, safety and security concerns of the Home

· Any other duties assigned by Report Officer (RO)

Pre-requisition

· Singapore and Singapore PR may apply

· A diploma in any discipline with at least 3-5 years of working experience

· Effective interpersonal and communication skills

· Highly disciplined with people management skills

· WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes (1 day) certified has an advantage

· Individuals with training in CPR + AED training has an advantage

· Experience in a healthcare setting has an advantage

· Own vehicle has an advantage

· 5.5 days work week (alternated Saturday)
