- Assist with events set up & tear down if required

- Assist with up keeping of hygiene & maintenance of event structures and items.

- Scheduling & ensuring timely deliveries

- Assist with with any ad hoc matters as requested by management

- Drive orders to locations

- Valid Singapore driving license

- Staying in Yishun/Sembawang/ Woodlands area

Working Hours

Days: 6 days work week.

Salary: $2500.00 - up to $4,000 monthly (Inc OT)

Job Scope:

• Must understand and follow up with all MOM rules and requirements for employment
• Must attend courses when required and feedback all MOM updated information to the company
• Work closely with employment agencies and source for good candidates when required
• Perform interview and select the right candidate for the company
• Keep record of staff leave etc.
• Handle all office administrative work.
• Handle all office purchases, like stationeries, pantry needs, etc.
• Ensure office cleaner does her job.
• To source for good vendors for the company if needed and upkeep all company's assets, renewal of memberships, vehicle VPC and roadtax and insurance.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma holder or fresh graduate in Human Resource faculty.
• Residing at the east, Tampines, Bedok, PasirRis or Hougang/Sengkang
• Must have good command in English for both spoken and written
• Initiative, self-motivation, independent and hard working
• Working experience not in this HR field and is willing to learn and attend HR courses and has the passion for this position will still be considered.
• 5-days work, Mon-Fri: 9 to 6pm.
