• Coordinate with Claims Advisors on information and documents to support claims negotiation and settlement

• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely submission of Letter of Demand (LODs)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee brand promotion activities, including package artwork editing and managing A&P expenses.
• Act as an in-house designer for urgent packaging edits, POSM creation, and website maintenance.
• Contribute to the development and launch of new products, from concept to commercialization.
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge on using illustrator/photoshops for design of artworks/POSMs/editing package.
• Social media knowledge/experience will be added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job description:

• Develop trade and marketing strategies to achieve company business objectives.

• Work with and partner the sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring department goals are met and sales targets achieved.

• Prepare annual marketing plans for the Sales and Marketing team

• Work closely with S&OP team on demand planning and forecast

• To achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profitability of brands

• To lead market penetration for new launches and skilled in multi-channel marketing

• Conduct scheduled business reviews with senior management and principals.

• To align and achieve both principals and company's objectives.

• New product development planning and launches.

Requirement:

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing from customer acquisition to customer conversion and loyalty

• Experienced in developing and presenting omni-channel marketing plans.

• Understanding of local and regional consumer insights

• Experienced in marketing within the indications of ophthalmology and dental is preferrable

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations and receive sales orders.
• Prepare delivery order, invoice and other relevant documents.
• Liaise with suppliers/customers on delivery and stocks inventory / entries.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant report.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Assist and/ or guide client through a series of actions, to help setup systems or resolve issues.
• Establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals.
• Any ad-hoc assigned as instructed by manager.
