Location: Jurong Area (Company transport is provided at MRT)

Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm

Salary: $2800-$3500

Position Responsibilities:

• Matching, coding & posting raw material invoices

• Review & process payment to vendors

• Maintain multiple records (eg. Assets, Die Set, etc.)

• Prepare Stock Reports (eg. RM stock)

• Assist in preparing reports (eg. Management & External)

• Assist in preparing company budgets

• Assist in audit, taxation etc.

• Undertake any other assigned duties by FC

Position Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Training will be provided for those without relevant experience

• Some experience in stock and costing knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications

• Attentive to details and accuracy

The Accounts Assistant reports to the Finance Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the department.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Prepare timely billing to participants/organisation
• Handle the receipt, recording, reconciliation and administration of Cash, Nets and Credit card transactions, organize banking of cheque and cash.
• Support in managing fee collection, follow-up with outstanding fee payment, while maintaining high level of customer service.
• Prepare refund of fees.
• Key point of contact for fees related matter.
• Update daily cash receivable and reconciliation report.
• Monthly bank and accounts reconciliation.
• Submission and follow up with funding for claims with SSG & reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma holder.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software.
• Good time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.

General Job Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Operations team in ensuring the continuity of key functions in various clinical areas during peacetime and outbreak response.
• Assist with the operations, coordination, and secretariat functions for outpatient clinics, wards, and Screening Centres.
• Extract, collate, and analyze data for reporting
• Involve in clinical operations projects and workgroup meetings
• Assist in pre-arranged administrative coverage for outbreak response

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Possesses good numeracy, writing and communication skills.
