Major functions
The post holder provides support and assistance to the Education and Outreach arm of the Conservation and Science Department of WWF-Singapore on multiple projects, activities and tasks. The Finance & Operations Senior Executive reports to the company founder and general manager (ex-eCommerce Architect at Razer and ex-Digital Marketing Manager at Unilever) and plays a key role in our financial management, accounting and classroom operations. About the role

Accounts Officer/Executive, Income Audit (Open to Fresh Graduates)

You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. Key responsibilities include verifying and reporting hotel revenues, reviewing supporting documentation submitted to the Accounting team, and preparing the Daily Revenue Report. This report serves as a critical tool for Hotel Managers, enabling them to assess financial performance and forecast future business trends effectively.

• Audit paperwork from all revenue centers within the hotel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Four Seasons' Internal Controls and local hotel policies.
